The Music Library Association uses a number of software applications to ensure the best possible conference experience. Conference attendees may wish to review the needed applications and their privacy policies before choosing to register. They are listed here for your convenience. Note: The list of applications to be used for the 2024 conference is still in development; this page will be updated as conference platforms are chosen.
Cvent is the main virtual platform for the 2024 conference. All attendees will use Cvent to view the conference program, receive time-sensitive updates about conference changes, communicate virtually with other conference attendees, and keep track of their own personal conference schedules. Since Cvent also provides access to virtual events, it is absolutely essential for anyone attending or presenting virtually, and for anyone attending committee, interest group, or task force meetings.
Vimeo will be used to host recorded conference sessions after the conference, although those videos will be viewable without a Vimeo account.

YourMembership (YM) is, among other things, the member management system used by the Music Library Association, and the content management system for MLA’s main Web site. It handles conference registrations. Non-MLA-members will need to create a free MLA account in order to register for the conference.
