COVID-19 Policy

  • All in-person attendees are required to provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test result taken within 72 hours of arrival at the conference. These materials must be presented upon check-in to receive your conference badge and materials. Badges are required for attendance.

  • Attendees are expected to self-screen daily for symptoms before participating in conference offerings.

  • Face masks are encouraged for all indoor conference events, but can be removed when eating, drinking, performing, or presenting as long as physical distancing is maintained.
