The 94th Annual Meeting of the Music Library Association will be held online from March 17-21, 2025, with Committee/Interest Group/Chapter meetings March 24-28, 2025.

Cvent Conference Site
Cvent is the main platform for the conference. It’s available as both a website and an app. We recommend using the website for most purposes. For Attendees includes more information about using Cvent’s website and app.
Open Meeting Registration
All are welcome at open meetings – pre- and post-conference Committee and Interest Group meetings, Chapter Meetings, and Town Halls – regardless of paid conference registration.
For access to open meetings only, sign up using Cvent’s registration form. If you later register for the full conference, we’ll work with MLA’s Business Office to make sure you have the correct access to program sessions.
Code of Conduct
All Annual Meeting attendees are expected to adhere to the Music Library Association’s Code of Conduct.
